Can I add booking terms to my practice's Portal?
It is not currently possible to add your practice's terms and conditions to your Portal to share with patients.
We recommend including them in your practice's privacy policy on your own website, and linking your privacy policy on Dentally Portal.
How can I edit my practice's privacy policy on Portal?
To add your privacy policy:
Go to 'Customise' > 'Brands' and select your practice.
Scroll down to the 'Privacy policy' section and add a URL to your practice's policy.
Click 'Next' and 'Save' when you're finished editing.
This will be visible to patients on their dashboard when they log into their Patient Portal - they can view it by scrolling to the bottom of the page and clicking 'Privacy Policy'.
