Dentally is completely web-based: there's nothing to download or install. You may find that Dentally works absolutely fine in a number of different environments or set-ups. However, to get the best experience possible when using Dentally we can only support the following systems requirements:

Operating System: at least Windows 10 or at least macOS 10.15 (Catalina)
Most recent Windows 11 is supported.
Most recent macOS Ventura is supported.
CPU: Intel Core i3 or equivalent processor
Monitor Resolution: 1920 x 1080 (21.5")
Browser: Google Chrome (latest version)
Dentally iPad App: Apple devices running iOS 13 or higher
Broadband speed: High speed broadband connection
Bandwidth Download Speeds: 15+Mbps (recommended)
Upload Speeds: 10+Mbps (recommended)
❗️Please note - Our iPad requirements are for the function and usability of the Dentally application only . This doesn't include accessing Dentally's web-based software through an internet browser.
**For Download & Upload speed below 4 MBPS, practice requires a mobile dongle with a 4G business plan as a backup. It is preferred that NBN is installed at the practice for ultimate outcome**
