Confirm an Existing Booking
- Patients use your online booking link from your website
- They select Existing patient
- Patients log in with their name and date of birth
- They enter the verification code sent to their mobile.
- If the code is correct, the app will say "Verifying" and show the patient's current appointments. Here, the patient can confirm, or cancel their appointment.
- Patient appointments are now available from the menu
- To confirm, select Confirm Appointment.
- After a short wait, while the Dentally app is updated to show appointment is confirmed. The patient is returned to the appointment screen and the appointment now has a tag showing it as confirmed.
