Confirm an Existing Booking

  • Patients use your online booking link from your website
  • They select Existing patient
  • Patients log in with their name and date of birth
  • They enter the verification code sent to their mobile.
  • If the code is correct, the app will say "Verifying" and show the patient's current appointments. Here, the patient can confirm, or cancel their appointment.
  • Patient appointments are now available from the menu

Dentally Patient Portal Confirm appointment
  • To confirm, select Confirm Appointment.
  • After a short wait, while the Dentally app is updated to show appointment is confirmed. The patient is returned to the appointment screen and the appointment now has a tag showing it as confirmed.
