To set your Opening hours go to Settings > Sites > Select your site.
If you have only one site, click on your site.
If you have more than one site in your practice, select the site you wish to edit.

Select your site.

Now select what you want to do.  

Under Options you are able to set your Default payment plan, to NHS or Private or another plan. You set up the Plans in your Settings > Treatments and Plans > Payment Plans tab.

You can upload your practice logo. This will appear on all patient correspondence.
We recommend an aspect ratio of 3x1 with a preference of 900px by 300px.

Select the opening hours for your site.
Check the box under each day to turn off ALL calendars for that day.

To change the opening hours for a day click on the hour below the check box. Click on the hour and the minutes and click on Done.

Set the options that are specific to your site.

Set the site address and phone number. These will be used by your correspondence templates.
In the Marketing section, add your website and marketing email address. These will be used by correspondence templates.

When you have made the changes you need to make, hit the SAVE button.
