How to manage your account, including address, profile image, two-factor authentication, change password, preferred phone numbers

All Dentally users can manage their account details themselves. 

From the User Button, at the top right of the Dentally screen, select My Account.

Profile

Dentally  - My Account - My Profile

From your profile you can amend or add your personal details.
You must make sure that all fields marked with a red asterisk are completed.
To save changes to this section you need to enter your current Dentally password.

Profile Image

To add a profile image you need to sign up to a Gravatar account.
Follow the instructions on screen to set one up.

Security

Under Security you can change your password to Dentally and enable two-factor authentication.

Phone Numbers

Dentally My Account Phone Numbers

You can manage (make a favourite, delete) verified phone numbers that you can use for outgoing calls through Dentally.


Mark the number you would prefer to use as a favourite by clicking on the star next to the number.  Delete the number from  your account using the Delete button.
