You may wish to identify those patients with unfinished treatment so that you can contact them and invite them back to complete their course of treatment.

The Treatment Reports

Both the Unfinished Treatment and the Unbooked Treatment Reports are a sub set of the full Treatment Report, with pre-defined filters to show Unfinished and Unbooked treatment only.

Unfinished Treatment Report

This identifies those patients with unfinished treatment on their treatment plan.

  • Set the Date Filters
  • Started on or after should be the earliest date the treatment plan was opened
  • Started on or before should be the latest date the treatment plan was opened.
  • Additional filters are already selected
  • Use the data to contact patients one by one or Export the data to create a list of patients to be contacted.

Unbooked Treatment Report

Use the Unbooked Treatment Report to find those patients who have treatment as yet unbooked on their treatment plans.

  • Set Date Filters
  • Started on or after should be the earliest date the treatment plan was opened
  • Started on or before should be the latest date the treatment plan was opened.
  • Additional filters are already selected

Ways to contact patients

There are ways you can use to contact patients individually once you have identified them using the Treatment Plan Reports.
