πŸ†• New: Payment links. To support your return to practice as you begin to see patients in person (as and when conditions allow), we have added payment links functionality within Dentally to encourage social distancing by limiting contact with your reception team.

This new feature allows you to send a SMS to the patient which includes a secure link that allows the patient to pay their bill by clicking on the link to your new payment page, and making a payment using a credit/debit card, Apple Pay, etc. All of the relevant information, such as their name and the payment due is shown on the payment page. Once completed, the payment will update the patient record within Dentally. To learn more read our blog.

πŸ†• New: Custom fields import. You can export your existing treatment custom fields and import new ones. A great way of sharing your custom field templates with other colleagues that use Dentally.

πŸ†• New: NHS Scotland - Discontinued Items. We have now added a way to open up discontinued items, so that you can add or remove treatments as necessary.

πŸ†• New: Online Appointment Booking and Patient Portal. We have made a number of updates to this including the introduction of a basket, vouchers, treatment options and changes to the way payments are handled. We will be detailing these further shortly, so please watch this space for further details.

🌟Improved: We've been making some "under the hood" improvements to Dentally that should make the app significantly faster to use on a day to day basis. The changes will be most noticeable for those using slightly older computers.

πŸ› Fixed: We've fixed a bug where an appointment was created and immediately marked as "Arrived" would cause the waiting room to display NaN minutes for some users.
