How a patient can update their Medical History through the Patient Portal with Online Appointment Booking.
Update Medical History
- To Update medical history, or enter it for the first time, patient’s click on Medical History, and Update.
- The patient sees the Medical History questions you have configured in Dentally.
- Patients are encouraged to answer all the questions. If they have missed out any questions, the app will not let them proceed until they have done so.
- If patient answer Yes to any questions, they are then asked to add supplementary information.
- When they have completed all the questions, they hit save.
- A summary of their responses is then shown.
- If they need to change anything they can always update it again, using the Update Now button.
