Under Settings you manage your Patient Portal and Online Appointment Booking options.
Here you will manage Appointments/Cancellations Policy, Communications, Calendar Sessions, Text, Branding and Practice settings.
These settings allow you to manage how you and your patients are kept informed of changes made using the Patient Portal with Online Appointment Booking. For each action, you can select what communications are triggered and sent - email or SMS.
Practice Email Address
Set the email address that will receive notifications from the patient portal. you can have more than one email address here. Separate email addresses with a comma.
Communications for each action
Select which communication method you wish to enable for each action.
Select or de-select options.
Changes are saved automatically.
In this example, when a New Patient books an appointment an email is sent to the patient, an SMS is sent to the patient and an email is sent to the practice.
Emails have no charge. SMS messages are charged at the usual rate.
