Under Settings you manage your Patient Portal and Online Appointment Booking options.
Here you will manage Appointments/Cancellations Policy, Communications, Calendar Sessions, Text, Branding and Practice settings.
In the Text Settings, you are able to change the text as it appears in Online Appointment Bookings for these sections.
Use these settings to customise your message to new and existing patients. For example, to welcome your new patients to your practice or to encourage existing patients to book and keep their recalls.
For each appointment type, type the text you wish patients to see.
You can make the messages and labels patient friendly and welcoming by using words and phrases that are jargon-free and which have meaning to patients.
Keep your message or label as short as possible while ensuring that you get your message across.
