In this section, you will find the HTML for adding the Online Appointment Booking button to your website and the links to share in your social media or elsewhere online, as well as the text of your recalls.

NB. We recommend that you edit your Recalls wording inside Dentally from Settings > Templates and then either SMS or Emails.

Share via your Website

The HTML for your website button is here for you to use or give to your web page designer.

You can create a Book Now button, and embed the button in your website, making it super simple for patients to access your Patient Portal.

Print/Online/Social Media

This is the link that will allow you to link directly to your online booking app.

Copy the link and paste it in all external media, including print, online (including emails and email signatures) and social media channels.

Recall Emails

To use the code here, you need to

  • Open your Recall template in Dentally
  • Copy and paste this text into your recall template

To use the more advanced code, you need to make sure that you

  • Change where it says **APPOINTMENT_NAME** to match exactly what you have called your Dentally Recalls in your Patient Portal Settings > Text > Dental Recalls
  • Copy and paste the code into the the message area of your template using the HTML </> editor.

Note in this example we have NOT changed **APPOINTMENT_NAME** You still need to change this to reflect your name for Dental Recalls.
