๐Ÿ†• New: Contactless Reception: Medical History. Online medical histories allow patients to complete their medical history themselves via a unique link before they arrive at the practice for their appointment. You can send the link to the patient as shown below or automatically include it in your existing appointment reminders.

Once the patient completes the medical history, it will appear in the Patients record.

๐Ÿ†• New: Contactless Reception: Self Check in. This feature allows you to send an SMS for patients arriving at the practice just prior to their appointment time at the practice.

The patient can click on this link and check themselves in as they arrive on site, this will change their status in Dentally to โ€˜Arrivedโ€™

It is simple to set up for your dental practice, you just need to use a new data tag [appointment_check_in_link] in a default set SMS. When the patient clicks on the link, it will take them to a page that allows them to check in 30 minutes prior to their appointment. ๐Ÿ†• New: SMS Covid-19 templates. We have added in default SMS templates for all of these new features so that you can get these up and running quickly and easily for your practice reopening. The templates are editable and so you can add any further detail should you wish to for your own practice.

๐Ÿ†• New: Clinical risk assessment. We advised how to add a new treatment item and quickly add a preset template for the required custom fields to either this or any existing treatment item you wish to. The guide on how to use that is available on our help centre. Take a look and download it here.

We've now consolidated it so that they can now login to Dentally with a single email address and password and then simply select where they're working from today. Read more.

FollowApp Care is a software platform that automatically monitors your patient's health before and after their appointment. The alert system includes COVID-19 pre-screening and post-monitoring. Learn more on the blog here.

๐ŸŒŸImproved: We've updated the look of notifications within Dentally so that they're more consistent with the rest of the app.
