Logging into your admin page, you will see a section called Settings.
Under Settings you can manage your Patient Portal and Online Appointment Booking options.
Here you will manage Appointments/Cancellations Policy, Communications, Features, Calendar Sessions, Text, Branding and Practice settings. Click on features to see what patient functionality you currently have enabled or disabled.
Here's a list of all the features currently available.
To enable patients to complete and sign their Medical History.
Select how many days the Medical History is valid for.
Allow patients to complete their NHS PR form online.
England and Wales only.
To allow patients to check-in remotely, marking them as arrived in Dentally.
Accounts - Invoices
To allow patients to see their invoices enable invoices here.
Select how far back into a patient's accounts record you would like to allow.
Display due by date.
Allow patients to download pdf versions of invoice details here.
Allows you to create promo codes to offer discounts to your patients when booking an appointment.
Pre Appointment Booking
Allow patients to send a message or ask a question, to the practice when booking an appointment.
