Dentally Patient Portal Settings Tab

Under Settings you manage your Patient Portal and Online Appointment Booking options.

Here you will manage Appointments/Cancellations Policy, Communications, Features, Calendar Sessions, Text, Branding and Practice settings.

Medical History

Dentally Patient Portal - Features - Enable Medical History
  • To enable patients to see and sign their Medical History check here.
  • Select how many days the Medical History is valid for.

Check-in

Dentally Patient Portal - Settings - Features - check-in
  • To allow patients to check-in remotely, enable check-in here.

Accounts - Invoices

Dentally Patient Portal - Features - Accounts invoices
  • To allow patients to see their invoices enable invoices here.
  • Select how far back into a patient's accounts record you would like to allow
  • Allow patients to download pdf versions of invoice details here.
