ALL REGIONS

πŸ†• New: Refund button added to the accounts page.

A "Process Refund" button has been added to the account page for those practices that have the feature flag turned on. This allows a practice to process a refund for patients more easily.

πŸ› Fixed: Chat limit issue. Users in larger practices with more than 50 users could not open chats with all other users once a limit had been reached, this has now been resolved.

πŸ› Fixed: Allocation totals on Payment Allocation Report. A change to the Payment Allocation report had led to the Practitioner allocation totals per payment plan to show as zero in all cases. This is now fixed. Learn more about this report here.

UK

πŸ†• New: Addition of new Codes and Fees for NHS Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁒󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿. All the information you need as an NHS Scotland practice can be found in our support article here.

AUSTRALIA

πŸ†• New: Filter added to the claims page. Users can now filter claims by their statuses:

Approved

Cancelled

Failed

All

🌟Improved: Improved Treatment Code display.

Many users refer to the treatment by their code rather than the name, so we have added the treatment code to the front of the description. The code is now always visible where a treatment description is shown.

πŸ› Fixed: Claim page errors. Incorrect data was showing in some instances when viewing multiple patient claims. This is now fixed.

πŸ› Fixed: Treatment code bugs. A number of bugs relating to treatment code display have now been fixed.
