๐ŸŒŸImproved: Payment Allocations Totals Report

We have added columns to the Payment Allocations Totals Report based on the practice's default payment plans. This now makes the report easier to read and additionally, the totals column will reflect all money moving through the practice regardless of the payment plan.

Global: "Other Plans" column

GB: Private and (if enabled) NHS

AU: Private, CDBS, DVA, DVAPROS, DVASP

NZ: Private

๐ŸŒŸImproved: Improvements to the export performance on various reports

Exporting large amounts of results in some reports could be slow and in some cases cause a time out issue. We are moving the export of our reports to a new and quicker process.

๐ŸŒŸImproved: Imported Clinical notes layout

Where clinical notes have been imported from another practice management software, the readability of these notes has been improved.

๐Ÿ› Fixed: We added the eftpos payment method to the Takings Report pdf printout as well as re-aligned the Payment Method Summary Table, so it stays on the page and print area.

๐Ÿ› Fixed: We fixed an issue where 'Tax Invoice' was showing instead of 'Invoice / Receipt' on some practice invoices.

๐Ÿ› Fixed: We have fixed the treatment delete button so that it correctly deletes treatment items

๐Ÿ› Fixed: We fixed an issue with not being able to remove a selected date from the 'Not Contacted Since' filter in the recalls report

๐Ÿ†• Claim Level Discounts

This allows users to enter a total discount or individual line discounts as part of the claim workflow. The user must select one of the following options from the dropdown:

  • No discount changes

  • Apply total discount

  • Apply line discount

The user will then be able to apply discount(s) in the chosen manner (Note: Returning to the 'No discount changes' selection will revert any changes to discounts made in this workflow step.)

While in the new 'total discount' mode, if the user enters a discount amount that is greater than the gap total for the treatment items in a claim, the apply button will be disabled and an error message will appear. The same happens if a user tries to enter a negative discount amount.

๐Ÿ†• Claim Level Discounts: Alert users if no discount is added

We have built-in an alert to check if users wish to continue if they do not add or amend any discounts in the final step of the claim window. This is to ensure that the step is not missed if discounts are meant to be added but haven't been.

๐Ÿ†• Practitioner Allocations Report

This is a new report that requires Payment Allocations to be turned on. This reports on treatment-based invoice items and shows details for:

  • dated on

  • patient name (and link to account)

  • practitioner

  • pricing (including discount where the flag is enabled)

  • allocation to practitioner

When the item is fully allocated to the practitioner, a green tick appears in the final column. Otherwise, it is filled with the orange question mark.

The items can be filtered by dated_on (start/end), practitioner, and allocation status. The maximum allowed date range is seven days.

๐ŸŒŸ Improvement: Adding a lock icon to the claim form

When an invoice is locked, users cannot apply a discount to any associated items as part of the claim process. As users may not realise an item is locked until after the claim is made and the discount field is disabled, we have added a lock icon to the form section of the claim workflow where relevant.

When the user hovers over the lock icon, a title appears explaining that discounts will not be possible for this item and that this is because there is an existing claim payment or completed treatment plan for the associated invoice.

The lock icon appears:

  • ...when invoice has an existing claim payment

...when invoiceโ€™s treatment plan is completed (one or more)

Lock icon and title

๐Ÿ› Fixed: We resolved an issue with patient health fund ID validation on claim creation where under certain circumstances the validation would fail incorrectly

๐Ÿ› Fixed: We resolved an issue with single practitioner invoicing which now works as intended

๐Ÿ› Fixed: We added the eftpos payment method to the Takings Report pdf printout

UK

๐ŸŒŸImproved: NHS England Claims with the status 'New' can be manually amended.

This allows for claims halted during the submission process to be closed and marked as complete, where resubmission is not required. Marking a new claim as complete will set the requested claim value to the value already received.

๐Ÿ› Fixed: We fixed the broken NHS payment plan filter on the Payment Allocations Totals Report

๐Ÿ› Fixed: Allow appropriate user levels to amend ACORN exam data. Previously, level 2 practitioners were not permitted to change ACORN exam details in Wales.
