If a patient has previously signed in to the Portal and their contact details have not changed. The patient will only need to supply their mobile number or email address, enter the passcode sent to their mobile and then enter their password.

If the mobile or email address entered is found on multiple patient records, the patient will be asked a few other questions to make sure we find the right patient account of who is trying to login to the Portal. These questions are:
Patient First Name
Patient Surname
Patient Date of Birth
