What is on my Dentally Dashboard?

The Dashboard gives you a great overview of your practice over 5 different timeframes. Read on for a breakdown of what you can expect to see here;

  • Appointments,

    • You will see a breakdown of completed, cancelled and DNAs for each timeframe.

  • Patient Accounts,

    • Where you can easily keep track of bad debtors over each time period.

  • Invoices,

    • You can keep track of paid and unpaid invoices.

  • Tracking Patients

    • Dentally will auto-generate patient lists for each category so you can quickly and easily report on this information.

    • You can also click on each number here to be taken to the relevant patient list.

Watch the preview video above for a firsthand look at the dashboard and how to use it, so you know how to navigate this when you get started with Dentally.

Please note that for multisite practices:

The dashboard is designed to be a full overview of the entire group. To find one practice's data, the reports are available separately to be able to filter this dashboard data by site location.

You're able to turn off the dashboard access per user with the hide states settings. Here's our handy guide that shows you where this is: How to amend permission levels in Dentally?
