When you hit the tier limit of a provider you will be prompted to request prior approval, let's take a look at how you will send this request off to the NHS.

Go to settings in the bottom left of Dentally
Click on Users
Go to Practitioners
Find the desired practitioner
Click the edit icon to the right of the provider name
Enter the desired figure into the Tier amount box
Scroll to the bottom
Click Save
