The user permissions option allows you to configure which Dentally Portal settings are editable by Dentally level 3 security users.
Each section will have the following security configurations available. At the moment only level 3 can be amended.
Level 4 - View & edit access
Level 3 - View & edit or View only access
Level 2 - No access
Level 1 - No access
The new feature is easy to use and can be accessed via the Manage App dashboard. Level 4 users can simply navigate to the settings tab of each section and adjust their team members' access rights according to their needs.
What do level 3 users see if I set them to View only?
Level 3 users will still be able to access the Manage App however, the view will be restricted. They will not be able to make amendments to that section and they will have a restricted access button in the top right of the window. If they click on this button they will be presented with the following message 👇
