The ideal way to look for availability across providers is by using the hide & show calendars feature on the appointment diary in Dentally.

Step by Step instructions 👇
Go to your appointment book in dentally
Click the eye icon to hide & show calendars
Click 'Hide all' to remove all the current columns from your diary
Then chose just the two providers you need to see
You can then compare the diaries to find consecutive appointments or even appointments together if needed
If you navigate to the calendar icon and change the view to multi-day view, this
gives you a 5-day view of both the dentist's and the hygienist's diaries.Using the +1 week search function at the top of the calendar search quickly
through the weeks looking for white space in their diarys.If you have appointments in the clipboard simply drag and drop your
appointments or click on the white space and make your appointment directly
from the calendar
