Keeping on top of your completed courses of treatment and making sure they are closed when needed is crucial...

Closing your completed courses of treatment is important not only for housekeeping purposes and keeping everything tidy within Dentally, but you can also use this report to ensure your NHS courses are submitted and completed within the claiming timeframe.

In the example gif video below πŸ‘‡ you can see us demonstrating the various filters as well as how to navigate to a patient straight from the report where we can quickly and easily complete the treatment and close the course down.

Why should I keep on top of this report?

Using the completed but not closed report is ideal for keeping track of private, planned and/or NHS courses that have no further appointments and have everything that is charted ticked but is still sitting as open on the patient's record.

Practice housekeeping is recommended for keeping your patient records tidy and easy to understand and closing off old courses of treatment that are out of date or no longer needed is a big part of this.

What does this report show me?

The results will change depending on the search criteria you use in the filters provided. Generally, you will use the report to show you the courses of treatment that are still showing as open on Dentally when in fact everything on the course is completed and invoices are paid.
