To make a practitioner inactive and subsequently remove their column from your diary, go to settings > users > Practitioner tab > edit practitioner > change the active drop down to No 👇

If you also wish to remove their access to your Dentally account or if the user you wish to make inactive is not a practitioner follow the steps here.
