The Recalls Tab in the patient’s record keeps track of the recalls that have been created for this patient, showing when the patient has been contacted and if the recall was successful.

If a patient is due to be seen and they have not booked an Exam or Scale and Polish appointment, they will be generated a recall which can be seen in this screen.

In the example above, the patient has had 3 recalls in the past. The patient was contacted by letter once each time and missed the first recall, but booked and attended an Exam appointment following their second recall in August 2016.

They currently have an Exam appointment booked following their third recall in March 2017.
