πŸ†• Patient Details. We have now made an update to the basic details on the patient record, we have renamed "Gender" to "Biological Sex".


πŸ†• New: Payment method. We have now added insurance as a new payment method.


🌟 Improved: Waiting Room. All patients who are waiting will be visible to all users but broken down into two categories: Waiting for You and Waiting for Others.


πŸ› Fixed: Bug: Added 0 to the "No. of teeth in mouth" field for those patients who don't have any teeth. It previously prevented users from submitting NHS claims, so this is now resolved.

Patient Portal

πŸ†• Patient Portal - IN BETA: Pre Appointment Messaging. This new feature, means that patients can send you a message or ask a question at the time of booking their appointment using the Portal. It is sent straight to the notes of that appointment and your practice email address for your team to respond to.

We are currently looking for practices that may be interested in providing early feedback on this new Patient Portal feature. If you would like to know more about becoming a beta site for this feature, please let our support team know.


🌟 Improved - Patient Portal: The appointment deposit now automatically matches the total price of an appointment if a discount code is added and the discounted price was lower than the original deposit.


🌟 Improved - Patient Portal - NHS PR Forms: The NHS PR forms will now only appear to be signed if the patient has an appointment within two weeks and is with a Dentist.

🌟 Improved - Patient Portal - Payments: We have introduced improvements to our patient appointment checkout and payments system in the Portal.

πŸ› Fixed: Patient Portal. We have resolved the issue, where an appointment booking basket timer wasn't counting down correctly for Safari users.
