Making sure your chat screen is well organised is great housekeeping. Ensuring you know where all your treatments are and how to easily access them is important for a great surgery experience for your patient.
So let's take a look at how to organise and categorise your treatments in Dentally.

How to add a treatment category?
Click on 'Settings' and click on 'Treatment & Plans'
Choose 'Treatment Categories'
Scroll to the bottom of the list and click 'Add treatment category'
Name and then reorder as needed.
How to add a treatment item to a category?
To add a treatment to your new category...
Go to Settings and choose Treatments & Plans.
Find the treatment item in the list then set the category as shown below.
How to edit & delete a treatment category?
Once in the 'Treatment Categories' section of your 'Settings' simply click on the name to start typing a new one, click enter to save your changes.
To delete you can simply click the trash can on the righthand side.
How to reorder your treatment categories?
Once in the 'Treatment Categories' section of your 'Settings' simply click on the three lines highlighted in blue below, then drag and drop the category up or down the list to reorder.
