When a patient has a Medicare Card, additional family members can also be added to the Medicare Card.

To add additional family members, select the + icon next to Card members

Type in the first 3 characters of the patients name and select the relevant one from the drop down list.

NOTE: if the patient is new, add them to Dentally first for them to be selectable in this list.

Add the relevant IRN as per the Medicare card

Select Save

The Medicare Card and IRN have now been added to the additional family member's (Jane Jones in this case) Patient Details page.

NOTE: Up to 9 family members can be added per card.
