Changing the length and time of the appointment on the same day;
Simply drag the appointment to a new time on the same day and click Move when prompted.
To adjust the length just dray the bottom of the appointment to extend or shorten it.
Moving an appointment to a different day & time;
Right-click on the appointment and choose to move to the clipboard.
Navigate to the day you wish to move the appointment to, using the date/calendar at the top of the diary.
Open your clipboard from the top right and drag the appointment onto the diary in the desired location. Simple!
