Everything you need to know as a non-clinical multi-sit user in Dentally...

Use the following navigation points to skip to the relevant point in this article..

Patient Details

A patient's default location is set on their details page and should be selected when a patient is registered at your practice.

If the patient moves between sites for treatment this marker needs to be updated to reflect where the patient is to be seen. This will ensure any communications created for that patient will match the patient's current location.

Switching locations in the Calendar

At the top of your calendar you will see a location icon, clicking on this will allow you to select various locations

Once you have selected a location, the Calendar will load for that site where you will be able to view and book appointments.

Tip – the clipboard will reflect the patient's location from their details page, i.e if the patient is registered to site A it will not appear on site B’s clipboard.

Appointments tab

In the patient's appointments tab, under the Booked Appointments section, you will easily be able to see which location the appointment was.

Reports

Any reports that you can access will now have a location filter so that you can view specific information for the different sites where you work.

Note - If you cannot view multiple sites you will need to speak to your administrator to gain access!
