What is the Daybook report?

The Daybook report is a report specific to NHS Scotland dental practices using Dentally. This report allows dentists operating in Scotland to calculate the NHS income by a dental practitioner within a specified date range.

Why should I be using it?

The Daybook report gives you the ability to stay on top of your NHS income so you know which practitioner has earned what and when, allowing practice managers to allocate the correct income to the right person.

The report has been designed to give you both a summary view of the work carried out and the income. It also provides a clear breakdown of both private and NHS treatment fees and values, which can be narrowed down to a specific practitioner using the filters on the report.

How do I use it?

  • Go to the reports icon on the left toolbar in Dentally

  • Scroll down and choose your Daybook report.

  • Set your filters by...

    • Choosing the time frame you wish to report on

    • The practitioner you are looking to report on

  • The report will refresh live depending on the filters you set...
