When using Dentally Vision there are three ways to quickly review your patient's images directly from the Chart screen.

From each of these viewing areas, you can open the Dentally Vision imaging screen, where you can review, edit or recapture as needed.

Using the colour tooth number icons

  • Click on the colour tooth numbers you will open up a preview of the images associated with that tooth.

  • You can tell if a tooth has an image associated with it, and the age of that image, by the colour of the circle around that tooth number:

    • Black is 0 - 6 months,

    • Dark grey is 7 - 12 months

    • Light grey is 13 - 24 months

    • White - 25+ months (or no image)

  • If there is more than one image you can use the grey left and right arrows to scroll through them.

  • You can then use the Edit pencil icon to open up the Dentally Vision Imaging screen if editing is required.

Using the imaging icon on the treatment plan

  • By clicking on the imaging icon against the treatment item on the treatment plan, you can open up the Dentally Vision imaging screen where you can view and edit that specific image.

  • It gives you a clear indicator that there is an x-ray taken against the current course of treatment you are viewing.

Cloud Gallery

  • The Cloud Gallery tab allows you to see all the images taken or saved in Dentally Vision that are associated with that patient.

  • You can filter the Cloud Gallery using the image types across the top.

  • You can also change the preview size with the S, M & L filters on the right hand-side.

  • Clicking on an image in the cloud gallery will open up the Dentally Vision Imaging screen where you can edit the image if required.
