Activating integration mode on a Dojo terminal
🚨 Important: This process should only be followed if you have been advised to do so through a confirmation email from us at Dentally.
If you've received an email about setting your Dojo terminal to integration mode, please follow these steps:
Press the menu bar on your Dojo terminal and select 'Settings'.
Choose 'Integrated Payments' from the Settings menu.
If asked, enter your administrative password. You can find this in the welcome email from Dojo.
You'll see the 'Pay at table' and 'Pay at counter' options.
Select the 'Pay at counter' option and make sure this is set to Enabled.
Then, press the back button and the menu bar on your terminal.
Finally, select 'Integrated Sale'.
You're now ready to finish connecting your Dojo terminal with Dentally. Please continue with the instructions in the email we sent you.
