Navigating to the patient's record.
Going to their 'Claims' tab.
Finding the claim you wish to reverse and choose Reverse from the Actions column.
💡Please note, this has to be done within the same working day.
You will be asked to confirm if you wish to perform a Claim reversal.
Click 'Perform Reversal'
When the Claim reversal is complete, a screen with the Claim Reversal Details will open. See the screenshot below.
Look for the Disposition Message towards the bottom; it will confirm if the Reversal was Successful. An Acknowledgement will then follow later, and if there were errors with the reversal the acknowledgement will give you further details.
