Finding patients who have had high-value treatments - Patients Report

This segment on the patient report can be useful for targeting your marketing efforts to patients who have had higher-value treatments.

One way to use the ‘Patients Report’ is to find all your patients with high-value treatment completed within a specified timeframe.

This report can be ideal for targeting your marketing efforts of new high-end treatments.

In this example below, we are filtering on patients who have had an Invisalign treatment completed in the past and have marketing consent set to Yes.

The filters we are using are;

  • set Treatment to 'is Invisalign'

  • set Active to 'is active'

  • set Marketing consent to 'is True'

You can also add the filter 'Completed at' under Treatment Data to set a specification on when the treatment was completed. This could, for example, be set to more than 180 days for a list of patients for targeted whitening treatment.

You can then proceed to use these filters to find patients who have had other higher-end treatments. This will allow you to focus future marketing efforts on those who have previously invested money in their oral health.
