For our Canadian users, it is simple to set up your CDAnet Certificate for all of your billing doctors.

Set up Access and Permission Level

Each provider (practitioner/dentist) within your practice will need a login for Dentally with the permission level set at Level 4.

Download the CDAnet Certificate

  • Click here to go to CDAnet and log in with the office (dental practice) or the individual provider's CDAnet login information.

  • Click on Practice Support and then navigate to the β€˜My CDA Digital ID’ tab.

  • Select the name of the provider/office and download the certificate.

  • You will also need to copy the secure code to add to Dentally.

Login into Dentally

The next step is to log into Dentally with the provider login and add your certificate to the settings.

Once you have logged in, navigate to 'Settings', Click on 'Insurance', and then select the tab titled 'Provider Certificates'

  • Click the '+ Certificate' button on the right of your screen to add the certificate.

  • You will then see a pop-up box, as shown below, for you to add the CDA code you copied when you were downloading the certificate from CDAnet.

  • Paste the secure code into the box provided and then click 'Save'.

  • The provider is now registered and is able to send claims through Dentally to CDAnet.
