How to resolve NHS Claim Error - Inappropriate Treatment code

Error Explained

Inappropriate treatment code used -

This error message means that there is something on the claim that is not expected.

One current example of this is the use of the "no of AGP appointments” box on the second submission screen on a claim starting before 23/03/2020. You may only use this box on claims dating after the 23/03/20.

How to Resolve

If it is the number of AGP appointments, check you have the correct number and continue with the submission.
